GTCR-led consortium including Elliott agrees to acquire CCC

CCC Intelligent Solutions announced a definitive agreement to be acquired by a consortium led by GTCR and including Elliott. The announcement expected completion in the first quarter of 2027, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. CCC remained publicly traded and independent pending completion.
