Elliott urges strategic and capital-efficiency changes at Nippon Express

Elliott Investment Management and Elliott Advisors (UK) issued a statement calling on Nippon Express Holdings to reassess its acquisition strategy, improve profitability and adjust its balance sheet to strengthen capital efficiency. Elliott said it intended to continue constructive engagement with the company.
