Elliott supports Suncor's announced leadership succession

Elliott welcomed Suncor's announced plan for Rich Kruger to move from President and CEO to Executive Vice Chair in April 2027 and for Peter Zebedee to succeed him as CEO. Elliott described its support for continuity in Suncor's operating strategy. These are Suncor leadership changes scheduled for 2027, not changes to Elliott's own personnel.
