Elliott proposes independent director candidates and strategic review at Northern Star

Elliott sent Northern Star Resources' board a letter calling for board changes, a strategic and operational review, and a credible operating plan. It presented independent director candidates to support the incoming chief executive and improve oversight. These were proposals, not completed board appointments.
