Elliott reports supplemental arbitration award in Korea dispute

Elliott announced that the arbitral tribunal in its dispute with the Republic of Korea had issued a supplemental award reaffirming liability arising from intervention in the 2015 Samsung merger vote. Elliott said the tribunal reinstated relief previously awarded and included additional costs. The statement called on Korea to honor the award; it did not announce receipt of payment.
