European Institutional Investors Pact launches with voluntary investor interest

The European Commission and EIB Group launched a voluntary framework to encourage institutional investment in European technology and scale-ups. Thirteen investors expressed their intention to participate. The framework combines a Commission-led policy forum with an EIB Group investment platform.
