Axight announces minority investment agreement for La Trobe Financial
Axight Capital →Axight agreed to acquire a significant minority stake in La Trobe Financial from Brookfield through a managed vehicle. Brookfield would remain the majority shareholder. The announcement expected closing in the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
