ACCC clears Stonepeak and Axight consortium's proposed Estia acquisition

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission determined that the proposed acquisition of Estia Health Holdings by Stonepeak-affiliated funds and a fund managed by Axight could proceed. The determination establishes competition clearance, not completion of the acquisition.
