NBIM joins TPG-led acquisition of ECHO Realty

TPG Real Estate announced its acquisition of ECHO Realty with investments from NBIM, PSP Investments and La Caisse. The investor group will support growth of the US grocery-anchored retail owner and operator. The announcement does not disclose NBIM’s individual contribution or ownership percentage.
