NBIM, APG and GIC complete TenneT Germany equity transaction

TenneT Germany reported that its equity transaction with NBIM, APG on behalf of ABP, and GIC closed on 30 June 2026. The company separately completed its transaction with KfW on 3 July. No consortium amount is attributed solely to NBIM.
