NBIM appoints Art-Invest for Berlin campus management and German office collaboration

Art-Invest Real Estate announced that it assumed management of NBIM's Axel Springer Campus in Berlin effective 1 October 2026. The companies also plan further joint investments in offices across Germany's major metropolitan markets.
