NBIM agrees Spanish shopping-centre investment with Sonae Sierra

NBIM signed an agreement to acquire 92% of a Spanish shopping-centre portfolio alongside Sonae Sierra. A Sonae Sierra subsidiary will acquire the remaining 8% and Sonae Sierra will manage the portfolio. Completion was expected in the fourth quarter of 2026; this announcement does not confirm completion. The seller is LSGIE.
