NBIM announces governance and active ownership reorganisation

NBIM announced changes effective 1 January 2027. Active Ownership, led by Caroline Eriksen, will join Active Strategies under Daniel Balthasar. Policy Engagement will move to Communications and External Relations. Compliance and Operational Risk and Control will join Investment Risk under Patrick du Plessis, while Legal and Tax will move to the Staff area led by Trond Grande. These are announced future changes.
