NBIM agrees European logistics partnership with Ares

NBIM announced a European logistics partnership with Ares Real Estate after signing on 20 October 2026. NBIM committed EUR 1.5 billion for a 96% stake in the partnership. Marq Logistics will source, develop and manage assets, predominantly in Western and Southern Europe, including the UK. The ownership percentage concerns the partnership, not Ares Management.
