Sixth Street acquisition of Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa

Sixth Street acquired the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa in Colorado from Braemar Hotels & Resorts in partnership with Riller Capital. The $176 million purchase price is the total transaction consideration; the individual partners' contributions were not disclosed. Starwood Property Trust financed the transaction.
