Sixth Street partnered with PATRIZIA to recapitalize a German post-acute healthcare clinic property portfolio. Sixth Street supplied long-term capital, PATRIZIA retained investment management through its closed-end fund, and K2MB Capital was appointed asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed.
