Vehicles backed by Sixth Street and affiliates of Bayview Asset Management acquired Castle Trust Bank from J.C. Flowers. Sixth Street and Bayview are described as equal partners and agreed to provide additional growth capital. Consideration and exact ownership percentages were not disclosed.
