Sixth Street acquisition of Pier House Resort & Spa

Sixth Street acquired the Pier House Resort & Spa in Key West from Braemar Hotels & Resorts in partnership with Riller Capital. The total purchase price was $190 million; Sixth Street's separate contribution was not disclosed. Starwood Property Trust provided transaction financing.
