Sixth Street investment in Pinnacle Gas Services

Funds managed by Sixth Street invested in Pinnacle Gas Services and acquired a 27% non-controlling common equity interest. Comstock retains 73% and continues to operate the business. The reported investment was $600 million. Sixth Street's interest is subject to a reduction to 19.5% if specified return hurdles are achieved.
