TRS Texas–Feldberg venture completes first German logistics acquisition

Feldberg announced that its joint venture with TRS Texas completed its first investment: a development site in Wedel near Hamburg. The partners plan a six-unit logistics property, with completion scheduled for mid-2027. The acquisition price and TRS contribution were undisclosed.
