KOHO completed a CAD 130 million financing, with HOOPP participating as an existing investor alongside Portage Ventures, Drive Capital, BDC Capital and Eldridge. The round valued KOHO at CAD 1.33 billion and supports growth and its pursuit of a federal banking licence, subject to ministerial approval. The round total is not HOOPP's individual contribution.
