HOOPP partners on new student residences at Trent University

HOOPP announced participation alongside Building Ontario Fund, Trent University and Knightstone Capital in a project providing 1,400 student beds in Peterborough. The announcement identifies a financing package for the project but does not disclose HOOPP's individual investment. Construction is scheduled to finish in August 2029.
