UBS Direct Mixed Urban announces October 2026 rights issue terms

UBS announced a subscription-rights capital increase for UBS (CH) Property Fund – Direct Mixed Urban, scheduled for 22–30 October 2026, with payment on 6 November. The number of units issued will depend on exercised rights after the subscription period. Proceeds will support acquisitions, renovation and development projects, and debt repayment.
