UBS Anfos plans a December 2026 capital increase

UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) announced plans for a subscription-rights capital increase for UBS (CH) Property Fund – Swiss Residential «Anfos» in early December 2026. Detailed terms are due in mid-November, and the manager may postpone the issue depending on markets. Proceeds are intended for property acquisitions, refurbishment, construction and debt repayment.
