PensionDanmark anchors Urban Partners Regeneration Fund

Urban Partners announced the first close of Urban Partners Regeneration Fund, with PensionDanmark and SamPension as anchor institutional investors. The strategy has investment capacity of up to EUR650 million including co-investment capital. PensionDanmark’s individual commitment was not disclosed.
