PGGM anchors mBank's Fuji commercial-real-estate risk transfer

PGGM invested for PFZW in 80% of the outstanding tranche in mBank's Fuji transaction. The transaction references EUR 1.1 billion of Polish commercial-real-estate loans and is the parties' fourth transaction in four years. The tranche share is distinct from ownership in mBank and from the reference portfolio size.
