Fortidia closes BC Partners majority investment
BC Partners →Fortidia confirmed the completion of BC Partners' majority acquisition on March 6, 2026, following a December 16, 2025 agreement. The Fiorelli family and Oaktree-managed funds were sellers; CEO Paolo Fiorelli retains a meaningful stake. Purchase price and exact ownership were not disclosed.
