Broadwing October disclosure reports broader capital figures

Broadwing's October 27 issuer release reported over USD 700 million of regulatory AUM for the firm and affiliates and described August Fund I commitments as USD 465 million. Its August 18 final-close release reported USD 440 million for Fund I, with additional GP and affiliate commitments in a separate parallel fund. The October release does not reconcile these scopes or state whether USD 465 million includes parallel commitments. The AUM figure is approximate and does not carry an explicit valuation date.
