Temerity announces final close of inaugural fund

Temerity Strategic Partners announced the final closing of Temerity Strategic Partners Fund, L.P. on November 19, 2024. The fund secured more than $175 million of commitments from over 50 private and institutional investors. Institutional investors supplied more than 60% of its capital. Including sidecar vehicles, the program expected $250 million to $300 million of aggregate co-GP investment activity during the investment period. That activity range is not the fund's final size or manager AUM. The release named Ashcroft Capital and DLC among existing programmatic commitments and also described an unnamed Manhattan multifamily operator. It anticipated commitments to additional operating platforms.
