Mitra adds Boon Self Storage to Fund I

Mitra announced an acquisition of Boon Self Storage in North Chili, New York, for Mitra Diversified Fund I. The property was built in 2021 and was nearly fully occupied at announcement. Mitra planned to lease its industrial-flex space as part of the operating strategy. The investment extended the fund's geographic reach into northern markets. Management identified Forward Storage as the operating platform, with experience in both storage and industrial-flex facilities.
