Blue Whale Materials financing supports commercial expansion

Blue Whale Materials announced new leadership alongside growth financing comprising a senior-secured Breakwall credit facility and additional Ara Partners equity. The capital supports expansion of its Oklahoma battery-recycling business. No Breakwall loan amount was disclosed. Its separate Department of Energy grant and Ara equity are not components of a disclosed Breakwall commitment.
