Breakwall flagship holds initial close, not final close

Breakwall announced a $125 million first close of Breakwall Energy Credit Partners Fund. It described a $500 million fundraising objective and separately identified a $250 million warehouse supporting seed loans. These are different measures. New Mexico ERB was among institutional investors; its commitment amount was undisclosed. The release anticipated further fundraising in 2026, and did not announce a final close.
