Rainier promotes Anderson, Bench and Shephard

Rainier Partners announced the promotions of Henry Anderson and Luke Bench to principal and Dave Shephard to executive director. Anderson and Bench both joined Rainier in 2020. Anderson previously held an interim chief financial officer role at 3B Medical Devices and worked at Altamont Capital Partners. Bench previously worked at Calera Capital and Jefferies. Shephard joined Rainier in 2022 after six years with Bain & Company and serves in portfolio operations. Rainier described his role in developing and implementing its SUMMIT value-creation process. The promotions are historical employment events and are consistent with the firm's current team directory.
