Moses DeBord appointed CEO of Kleen-Tech

Rainier Partners and Kleen-Tech Services announced Moses DeBord's appointment as chief executive officer. DeBord joined after serving as chief operating officer of Sodexo North America and spending nearly seventeen years with Sodexo. Former Kleen-Tech CEO Brad Brandt moved to a board role. Kleen-Tech provides janitorial and related services to commercial, government and other specialty sectors through nine brands, with operations in more than thirty states at the announcement. Rainier described continued plans for organic growth and acquisitions. The leadership change concerns the portfolio company, not a Rainier investment-team hire.
