Coalesce closes $900 million inaugural fund

Coalesce announced the final close of Coalesce Capital Fund I LP and parallel vehicles with $900 million in total commitments. The original target was $750 million. Investor commitments were secured over nine months. PJT Park Hill was exclusive placement agent subject to certain exclusions, and Latham & Watkins was fund formation counsel. The fund had begun deployment, including its first investment in Examinetics. These are fund commitments rather than manager assets under management.
