ClearDefense growth investment

Coalesce announced a growth investment in ClearDefense Pest Control. Founders and management retained a meaningful equity interest and continued to lead the company. The residential pest-control platform operated 27 locations across 16 states at announcement. Piper Sandler and Latham & Watkins advised Coalesce. Financial terms and ownership percentages were not disclosed.
