Coalesce announced a strategic growth investment in Workstreet, an AI-native cybersecurity and compliance services provider. Founders and management invested alongside Coalesce. The partnership supports talent, technology and go-to-market expansion across security, privacy and governance, risk and compliance services. Latham & Watkins advised Coalesce. Financial terms and ownership percentages were not disclosed.
