Examinetics acquires Progressive Safety and Jurgiel

Examinetics, a Coalesce portfolio company, acquired Progressive Safety and Jurgiel & Associates. Progressive Safety adds deployed safety specialists; Jurgiel adds industrial hygiene and safety consulting. The acquisitions broaden the platform's occupational health and environmental, health and safety services. They were the fourth and fifth safety consulting acquisitions in the preceding 18 months. Financial terms were not disclosed.
