DecisionHR acquires Paymasters

DecisionHR, a Coalesce portfolio company, acquired Paymasters, a Minnesota-based professional employer organization. Paymasters serves clients across the Midwest. The acquisition adds talent and customer relationships, deepens DecisionHR's Upper Midwest footprint and broadens its HR outsourcing platform. It forms part of DecisionHR's national expansion program. Financial terms were not disclosed.
