Miller Environmental acquires Central Ohio Oil

Miller Environmental Group, a Coalesce portfolio company, acquired Central Ohio Oil. The Columbus-based business provides waste treatment, processing, recycling and disposal, including used oil and fuel recycling. The acquisition expands Miller's Midwest footprint and follows Haz-Mat, Canco and ACE Environmental. The release dates the announcement May 5, 2026; Coalesce's news index lists May 7. No price was disclosed.
