Miller Environmental acquires Haz-Mat and Canco

Miller Environmental Group, a Coalesce portfolio company, acquired Haz-Mat Environmental Services and Canco. The businesses provide industrial cleaning, hydro-blasting and waste collection, transport, treatment and disposal services. Their operations strengthen Miller's capabilities and geographic density in the Mid-Atlantic. The transaction follows Miller's acquisition of ACE Environmental. Financial terms were not disclosed.
