Miller Environmental acquires ACE Environmental

Miller Environmental Group, a Coalesce portfolio company, acquired ACE Environmental Services. ACE's commercial, industrial, marine and residential environmental services in the Mid-Atlantic complement Miller's operations. The transaction expands the platform's service capabilities and regional footprint. Coalesce supported the acquisition as part of Miller's consolidation strategy. No price was disclosed.
