Agellus Capital →Agellus acquired Omaha-based Crux Consulting for Bluejack. Crux combines with Orcus Fire & Risk, operating under the Orcus name with Marcelo D'Amico and Shane Cherney as co-presidents. The transaction adds code and fire safety engineering expertise. Squire Patton Boggs served as counsel to Agellus.
