CompassMSP acquires The Logic Group

Agellus-backed CompassMSP announced its acquisition of Philadelphia-based The Logic Group. The target provides managed IT and cybersecurity services, including work with manufacturing, finance and healthcare customers. The combination expands CompassMSP's Mid-Atlantic operations. CompassMSP is the buyer; Agellus is its sponsor.
