Agellus announces inaugural fund final close

Agellus announced the final close of Agellus Capital Private Equity Fund I. The announcement reported $400 million in limited partner commitments, compared with a $350 million target. Fundraising took less than five months. Aviditi Advisors served as exclusive placement agent and Weil, Gotshal & Manges as counsel. The amounts describe fund commitments, not manager AUM.
