Agellus Capital →Agellus-backed HighGrove completed its acquisition of Lawn Enforcement Agency, a Florida landscape services business. LEA operates in Gainesville, Bunnell and Ocala and provides management, enhancements and irrigation. HighGrove is the acquirer, with Agellus as sponsor.
