Mod Op reports four 2023 add-on acquisitions

Alterna portfolio company Mod Op reported the acquisition of Crenshaw Communications, a New York public-relations firm, as its fourth acquisition of 2023. Earlier additions were Toronto-based Context Creative in January, CreativeDepartmint in May and dPrism in October. Crenshaw added public-relations capabilities and experience with technology companies and lifestyle brands. Its founder, Dorothy Crenshaw, was to join Mod Op as chief public relations officer. Context Creative represented Mod Op's first international acquisition and established a Canadian headquarters in Toronto.
