StoneTree closes inaugural fund at USD 155 million hard cap

StoneTree announced the first and final close of Fund I with USD 155 million of commitments. The fund reached its hard cap after just over two months of fundraising. Pacenote Capital was exclusive placement agent and McGuireWoods served as fund counsel. The raise is a fund commitment figure, not manager AUM or leverage.
