StoneTree completes investment in Wilbar Group

StoneTree announced its completed investment in Wilbar Group, comprising Wilbar International, Trendium Pool Products, and Crystal Water Investments. The pool manufacturer has operations in Hauppauge, New York and two Quebec locations. Capstone Partners advised Wilbar, while McGuireWoods and Stikeman Elliott advised StoneTree. Investment amount and ownership percentage were not disclosed.
