Sundance Growth closes Fund II with DLA Piper advising

DLA Piper announced that it advised Sundance Growth on the closing of its US$250 million Fund II. The firm stated that the transaction brought Sundance's total assets under management to US$375 million. Fund II invests in early-growth business-to-business software companies.
